Exactly what I expected! So excited for my cats to use this cat window box. They have never had anything like this!

Perfect for my cats. No complaint so far. I usually don’t have any complaints on the products I buy.

Broken as soon as I opened the box after building the first one. Most likely not due to shipping because the box wasn't damaged. Wayfair wasn't much help either. Instead of living in the real world, they just hid behind their computerized return "policy" (which was still made by humans) and wouldn't let me send it back in its original box because I had it for 31 days before I opened the box, instead of 30 days. Funny how that works. I understand policies are in place for a reason, but we live in a world of exceptions in such cases I would think. No more Wayfair for me.

The only problem I had was that the holes to line up the side to the back was on the wrong side Plugs have to go into these holes to hold it together so my husband had to drill all the way through the hole to put the plugs in so I have have holes on the back side. We cut a plug in half to fill the hole. The product is most wonderful. I did not use it for it's intended purpose. I sat it flat on some pavers and I feed all my feral cats inside of it so that in inclement weather they and their food stays nice and dry!!!! Works perfect so far!!!!

I haven't put it up yet and already love it.
