Chatteris 71 " H Cat Tree / Condo

Love this tree! It’s a very chic and nice design that doesn’t take away from the space. My cats love it. It is as described and just like the pictures.

This is not what I thought I would be getting. I thought the covers would be fitted and you could remove to clean them. Instead they are loose and you need to apply a Velcro tape to get them to stay in place.

My cat loves this and it goes great with my decor. Love it!

Great looking and sturdy. Cats love it. The dark wood like finish makes it feel and look top tier.

The cat tree itself is sturdy, attractive, and relatively easy to assemble. Most of the platforms are solid, and the overall construction seems decent. Unfortunately, those positives are overshadowed by a glaring design defect that should have been caught before this product ever went into production. The top platform is an irregular shape, yet the included cushion cover is perfectly round. The two are simply incompatible. No amount of "adjusting" the soft cover, as the manufacturer claims, will make a round cover properly fit an irregularly shaped platform. The problem isn't the fabric—it's that the manufacturer designed two parts that do not match. This is misleading because the product photos suggest a properly fitting top perch. Instead, the cushion bunches up, shifts around, and never sits correctly, making the top perch uncomfortable and far less usable for a cat. It looks unfinished and poorly engineered. The manufacturer acknowledged my complaint but insisted this was "normal." It is not normal for a product to include components that don't fit each other. They should either manufacture a round platform to match the existing cushion or redesign the cushion to fit the actual shape of the platform. I only kept the cat tree because it was already fully assembled and disassembling, repacking, and shipping it back wasn't worth the hassle. I accepted a partial refund, but that doesn't change the fact that this is a preventable manufacturing defect. Buyers should be aware that what you receive does not match the advertised design, and the top perch will not function as intended until this flaw is corrected.
