The tarp over the top is very cheap, one windy day and it ripped apart easily. We have Belgian Malinois and she was able to squeeze out the the bottom corner of the doorway, the metal hinges aren't that secure and she was able to get out.

The picture is a little deceiving. The top is a soft top, not a hard top like some. Also the spaces between the slats are match larger then in the photo. So if you have a small or medium size dog they can just get right out. So I had to return and wayfair charges an obscene amount to return items! Costed me $80 to return this. I don’t think I’ll be ordering much more from the. Unless they participate in free returns like the rest of the world.
