Upon receipt of this item, I was disappointed, thee was no box, packaging or instructions.it just arrived in a clear ziploc in a mail bag…no paper with details of ANY KIND. The setup of it was quite confusing because it’s described as “retractable” ….however, that is NOT what it is…it is EXTENDABLE. The way it was packaged is if someone else had sent it back. it was in a box labeled dog pads, and it was thrown in there. The cord was just thrown in there wasn’t tied up like you would normally see with a new one., but it worked and my dog loved it, and after showing him a couple of times he was able to do it by himself.
