My cat loves this. I am impressed at how well the suction cups hold. We had one fall off about a day after I put it up, but it didnt compromise the overall stability at all. I re-cleaned the glass and the cup, stuck it back on, and it hasnt shifted again in the several weeks since.

I bought this awhile ago and just got a chance to put it up. Installation was fine. I put treats on it for my cat and he explored the whole thing and lay looking about the window on two different levels. It’s a little small for my cat. He had trouble using the hole to the top layer and went around the front edge instead of the;-) The method to hold the unit closed so the curtains or blinds can close, doesn’t work on this model. Disappointed in that. Perhaps the quad should come with clips to hold it folded.
