Switched over from plastic litter box and true about stainless steel not holding odor and litter not sticking

The quality of the cover is very cheap and hard to assemble. The online order said the cover was grey, but it arrived as white. The door does not swing easily for the cat to get in and out. The only redeeming quality is that the base is stainless steel. I would not recommend this product.

Fast delivery. Very spacious inside. The handle is a bit hard to grab, but having a handle is sooo useful vs not having one. I love that the top connects to the steel box with clips instead of needing to use force to push it down, so it makes removing the top a breeze. Good design. Happy with purchase. I'd recommend it to anyone with multiple cats or with a large cat.
