The item is damaged. I have had this item before and my cat loves it. It’s very nice looking and very sturdy and strong. I would like to give further review after the damage issue is taken care of.

Purchased in 2021 and it has held up beautifully because our cats don't use the scratch posts. We have two cats, 15 years apart. The first floor "condo" is a terrific refuge when the "baby" starts annoying the 20 year old. The crow's nest is a favorite nap spot and vantage point. The upper platform is big enough for play or nap. Would give 5 stars if replacement scratch posts were offered as these will wear out quickly if your cat loves to scratch!

My cat loves it. It’s quite tell which give the tree dweller in her, a view of everything outside. The color cheers the room up too.

Our Angel loves to sleep on the bottom and the second landing. We are waiting for her to go on top we physically put her there but she doesnt go on her own hopefully in time she will she is 3 years old easy assembly nice and sturdy she definitely uses the scratch post.

Has held up for years. You can get replaceable parts from parent company or just replace roping.

I love the arty looks of this cat tree, and my kitty, Juju took an instant like to it. He tried the condo, but he prefers the second level where he can stretch out. He's only 11 lbs., but has long legs, so the top bed isn't as appealing for him. The fabric is very nice, and a great alternative to carpet. This is now his new favorite spot in the house.

This is a fantastic cat tree! Our cats absolutely love it—they sleep in the top, hang out on the platform, hide in the hole, and absolutely shred the rope (better that than the couch!). I think it’s the best looking cat tree on Wayfair and total bonus that it is eco friendly.

Great size for a kitten. He immediately loved it and was very interested during the assembly. My dachshund likes it too. So I consider that a double win. I don’t think this will be large enough for a full grown cat, but for now this is exactly what I needed. Update: It is still large enough for my 13 lb cat.

We’ve had this for two years and this is still our kitty’s favor place to stay. The rope has come off a little bit over time but nothing hot glue can’t fix. It’s much more stylish than a regular cat tree. Kitty approved
