My cat weighs 8.6 pounds and before I could even put it together he was playing all over it, scratching the posts-going in and out of the hide hole. He fits comfortably on the top! It is sturdy! Best $68 ish bucks ever spent!

Item came as pictured, seems sturdy and a nice compact size. Was easy enough to assemble but instructions were not super clear. The wrapping for the scratch posts has a gap at the top and bottom on some pieces, so I am questioning the durability a bit but will wait and see how it holds up.
