Good at first but the base is not wide enough. When cats jump up the entire thing wobbles. Cats have knocked it over just by jumping up. You will need to install to wall for support. Even after installation it’s still not secure

The top penthouse is a little hard for my cat to reach, she would have to be a mountain goat. Not to mention a tad small for a mature indoor cat, kitty. One more bracket for the bottom of the upper scratch pad would be very beneficial.
