Pinder Wood Free Standing Pet Gate With Door

I received this gate on 5-Jun and have been extremely disappointed in the deterioration in just over one month. The description states that it is a wooden gate, but it has split open in multiple places, revealing a type of fiber board material. This is an expensive item to only have lasted one month. Although the gate WAS very nice in appearance, purchasers should be aware it is not made of real wood. Description is misleading.

We purchased three units as we are fostering a 1 1/2 year old Golden Retriever who came out of a now shut down backyard breeder. Monti had spent most of his time in a barn with little freedom. Needless to say he has a curious side. The gates are working to our formal areas while also providing a very functional entry & exit from our large family room. Perfect size for our space. It is pretty wobbly and could really benefit from 2 extra feet to provide more support.
