Arrived in a very damaged and heavily re-taped box. Tub was severely bent and damaged. Wayfair wanted to send me a "replacement part" Good grief.... the tub is damaged ! How can you send a replacement part ?? They offered to discount the purchase. What good would that do us ? Why would we want a damaged tub? Its a pain having to return since its a large item. It should never have been shipped to us in that condition, in my opinion. to update, wayfair sent us another one. It was a bit of a pain to return the broken item since it was so large but we made it work!
