Way overpriced for the quality. It's put together with staples and it's very cheap. Parts arrived broken and will need to go to hardware store for replacements. It would be worth it if the price were $100 or less, but not worth over $200 for sure. Cons: Cheaply made

The price of the hutch is great, however the quality could be improved. The bottom pan is kept in place by a wooden piece and we had to reinforce twice to make it slide in and out for cleaning. If you don't mind a little hammering and reinforcement this hutch is a great value. It keeps our bunnies safe off the ground at night and they love having a blanket folded over during the cold months.

I have two bunnies and this works great for them. I had no problems putting it together. I added sides for winter and put little huts in each side for them to go into. The bottom wire is coated black and one of my buns has chewed it off. My biggest complaint on this hutch was shipping and the poo pan. The poo pan is so wide that just after a few days its bends and there is now a crease along the back edge. Needs to be thicker metal or have a support. Keeps me cleaning it very often so that's good. Shipping this was tough. The first was pretty broke up. They resent another and it was better but still a couple pieces were cracked. The second time was better and nothing I couldn't fix myself. Wayfair has excellent customer service. Thank you for that!
