I have just now been able to get around to putting this together. It is missing a screw hole in one of the platforms, which is a crucial piece in order to complete it. That one missing piece has rendered the entire tree useless. It cant be returned at this point so now its just a waste of time and money. This is not something I cant fix myself.. Jessica. US.
