Frustrating! This cage is completely impractical. There is at least a one-inch gap between the plastic tray and the cage's sides, causing food and droppings to spill everywhere. We've been forced to place a long pillowcase underneath it like a makeshift diaper while we search for a permanent solution or consider returning the cage. We specifically purchased this cage for its interactive skyline door, but ironically, the interactive toys terrify our birds and discourage them from returning inside and there is no other way to hang the toys. The small side doors are extremely difficult to operate, while the large sliding door is so loose that even our cat can open it with ease. The wheel locks are utterly unreliable, as they slide freely on both rugs and bare floors.
