The Achilles Chicken Coop with Nesting Box and Roosting Bar is made with ECOFLEX®, a proprietary composite blend of recycled polymers and reclaimed wood fibre by-products. The ECOFLEX® material is non-toxic, eco-friendly & impervious to moisture & odour, making it the perfect material to keep your flock happy and healthy. This coop features 2 levels of living space with built-in ventilation, a 2 compartment nesting box with a hinged lid for easy egg collecting, 2 roosting bars, and an easy-to-clean, galvanized pull-out tray. The top level has 2 doors, one opens to the main coop while the other allows access to the ramp to the ground level pen, which is open to the ground so your flock has access to a shaded & grassy area. The pen area has one door & is constructed using NeveRust™ stainless steel wire mesh for years of worry-free use. The nesting box & outer doors feature predator-resistant locks.

I'm very pleased with this item. Time will tell how well it will hold up, but it looks pretty solid. I had it assembled through Wayfair so I can't say how long it would have taken me to assemble. The person who put it together took an hour and a half- not bad. There were 2 broken pieces in the box but he was able to put it together anyway with a few extra screws.. Karen. Pleasanton, CA. Definitely needed a minimalistic coop and this is great. Fits a bunch of girls, can be hosed down for cleaning and painted for customization. This bad boy's heavy though, so don't expect to move this by yourself if it needs to move from your initial installation shot. When this came in I was surprised to see how much of it was already put together. Assembly was reasonably easy, hinges were a tad difficult needed 2 people for that. Its so cute I ended up keeping it in the house for my puppies. Its light weight enough I didnt trust it outside without making it more secure.. Anonymous. Fri Nov 20 2020
