Nice, small scratching post, perfect for my bedroom so my kitty can scratch it instead of a small upholstered chair I have in the room. Just the right amount of carpet and rope. My cat likes to lay on the bottom stand portion and lazily reach up to scratch the rope. He also likes rubbing his face on the carpet, also from a laying position.
