Frustrating! This cage is completely impractical. There is at least a one-inch gap between the plastic tray and the cage's sides, causing food and droppings to spill everywhere. We've been forced to place a long pillowcase underneath it like a makeshift diaper while we search for a permanent solution or consider returning the cage. We specifically purchased this cage for its interactive skyline door, but ironically, the interactive toys terrify our birds and discourage them from returning inside and there is no other way to hang the toys. The small side doors are extremely difficult to operate, while the large sliding door is so loose that even our cat can open it with ease. The wheel locks are utterly unreliable, as they slide freely on both rugs and bare floors. Also, the breeding box they showed in the photos was missing, so we tried to substitute it with one we made of cardboard.. Anonymous. Fri Dec 06 2024

I totally love this cage and so do my birds. The construction is good and the size is spectacular! It’s easy to clean and spacious enough for my birds to get their exercise and stretch their wings. I had 3 large cages that I had connected together, however, my birds still had the walls of each cage to contend with.
