Bought this cage after looking at several options. I was hesitant as I have built cages in the past on my own and knew it would be cheaper if I bought the material on my own and built it, but pulled the trigger anyway since all it required was assembly and I don't have time to manufacture my own. All in all, it took about 2 hours to build on my own. Instructions were super easy to follow and everything went together easily. Once everything is assembled, the build is very sturdy. Put 4 parakeets in over the weekend and they have plenty of space. My father was the one that got me into birds at a young age and taught me how to make things.
