This portable cat cage/catio creates a relaxed environment and an amusement park for your furry friends to rest and play. This is not an assembly project for the faint of heart. It is a lot of parts. However, the final product can be very stable and strong if you used lots of the zip ties and clips that they provide. My not-quite 14 lb cat doesn't cause it any stress at all. I did a slight customization in order to accommodate a window entry and added a couple of the extra panels they provided inside to make sure the platforms had a lot of support, but that probably wasn't necessary. Note that you can't really enclose the 'roof' with the solid panels because there are not enough. I just finished assembling and it's sturdy when assembled as shown with platforms, floor, zip ties, etc. to help stabilize the whole structure. Easy to put together but very time-consuming. One negative - manufacturer used thin vinyl for platforms (& shelves, roof, floor) and not hard plastic (odd choice for cat enclosure!). I expect my cats would puncture/tear those in no time, or the wire legs of the ramps under the weight of a cat, so I did not install the ramps.
