I like the look and design of this cat tree. It is wobbly once the kitties get to the top if not mounted to the wall, plus my larger cat, at about 16lbs, does not feel secure enough to use it. I like that this cat condo doesn’t use up a lot of space. It arrived boxes and needed to be assembled. The instructions were good but it took a little bit of work to get it together alone.
