This portable cat cage/catio creates a relaxed environment and an amusement park for your furry friends to rest and play. Measuring 55" tall and 41" across, this black metal cage features a latch door and a customizable design that lets you build the exact shape you like that best suits your space. We love all the perks from the three built-in platforms with easy-to-access ladders to the hanging hammock that can accommodate pets up to 40 lbs. Plus, this cage even has a weather-resistant design that makes it great for bringing outside when your cat, dog, rabbit, or other fuzzy buddy wants to hang out in the sun.

This is not an assembly project for the faint of heart. It is a lot of parts. However, the final product can be very stable and strong if you used lots of the zip ties and clips that they provide. My not-quite 14 lb cat doesn't cause it any stress at all. I did a slight customization in order to accommodate a window entry and added a couple of the extra panels they provided inside to make sure the platforms had a lot of support, but that probably wasn't necessary. Note that you can't really enclose the 'roof' with the solid panels because there are not enough.
