If you don’t have the app as hard to control the Wi-Fi on it and always wants to turn off or not stay warm.

The towel rack instructions are garbage. The interface on the towel rack is un-useable. I still can't figure out how to simply make thing turn at 6am and turn off at 8 am and not be on all the time. The program mode only has options comfort and eco modes. Also the finish is already cracking after less than year. There no contact information on the product listing to warranty item. I would not buying this product again.
