Kingston Brass Heritage Two-Handle 4-Hole 8" Centerset Kitchen Faucet with Side Sprayer KB1755AXBS

This is beautiful in our newly remodeled kitchen

Looks cool but terrible cheap quality. The customer service is worse. The final straw was when a cheap screw on the back of the faucet could not be replaced. The faucet was only one year old and was spraying water out the back. I had to get a whole new faucet. The customer service rep HUNG UP ON ME when I said, "You mean you can't send me a $3 part and I have to buy a whole new faucet for hundreds of dollars instead?" Throughout the one year this was installed, I had to keep taking the Hot/Cold buttons off to tighten the screws that hold the handles on. When the faucet is pivoted, which it is meant to do, it loosens itself and leaks all over your counter. The side sprayer is too heavy for its hose and soon the hose cracked and sprang a leak. Of course they couldn't just send a new hose, but I had to buy a whole new sprayer for $75 and pay a plumber over $100 to install it. ALSO NOTE: If you are in Canada, the warranty is VOID. Worst customer service and a lousy product. This faucet has been replaced in my kitchen by another brand after only a year. Do not recommend.
