purchased this 1 year ago and one day the part that says “hot” just fell off.

Very pleased with the faucet. Impressed with the appearance and weight of the parts. Can’t comment on function as unit not installed yet. Hope it goes well.

A great addition to my new kitchen ! Well made, heavy duty and perfect with a white enamel cast iron sink. It also arrived a day early and in perfect condition. You won't be sorry with this one.

I need the very centre of hot tap which has print HOT on white centre replaced as it came cracked and is noticeable! We like the overall set in our cottage style kitchen yet disappointed when plumber opened box to install and the HOT white glass centre was cracked.Could a email statement be sent so I have that copy ! We would like it for warranty guarantee that needs to be done in next few weeks. Your attention to 1. of that cracked centre out of delivery box when delivered 2. An email copy of our statement for warranty purposes and our files. Thank you so much
