Low quality. Not described correctly. It is ridiculous! Should not order stuffs from Wayfair website. It is not easy to return. Terrible!

Can not adjust the water temperature. Love the look but not the operation.

Came with obvious scratches but got a replacement for it. Functionality is great but disappointed on how we had to wait longer for the replacement item therefore took longer than expected before we got to install it!

This looks great in my newly tiled shower. The sleek design is an upgrade over the traditional shower head I previously had. A word of caution, the wall-mounted metal piece gets very hot on the hot water intake side, so try not to touch it. Also, the shower head and hand-held unit cannot be turned on at the same time, so its one or the other. Overall I am happy with this unit.
