Luxury is having a warm towel after a bath. We did the hardwire so no wires. The best feature is the auto shutoff

Just got installed by electricians. There is no easy way to hard wire this item as none of the anchors allow to thread an electric cord through them, had to install a plug, shorten the cord, etc...Not ideal

Love the look and function of this, but it is a pain to install as hardwired - there is not enough space for all of the wires!

Does not heat up enough for my towels to feel warm. The bars warm up and I leave my towels on for 30 minutes (even tried weaving in and out of the bars for more contact the heat) but I can hardly tell the difference between a towel from the closet versus on the heater for 30 mins.
