• Library ladder with rail kit includes 2 upper assemblies, 2 bottom wheels, 9 step supports, track mounting brackets, (2) 6 ft. Of rail (total of 12 ft. Of rail), 2-rail end caps, and all required fasteners
• The centre of the rail must be mounted at 102 in. H (from the floor)
• 107 in. H x 16 in. unfinished ready-to-assemble ladder can be painted, stained, or left as is to coordinate with your décor
• Ladder hardware system features exclusive braking wheels that utilizes a spring to lock the wheel which prevents the ladder from moving left or right when a user steps onto the ladder, the break activates at appx 125lbs and can be adjusted down to 70lbs on site
• Rolling Hook hardware has only ONE wheel on the top to allow the ladder to be removed easily from the track
• Great for use on multiple walls to pick up ladders and move from rail-to-rail applications
• Ladder can be stored on the railing or removed when not in use
• PRO TIP: The ladder in the stored position is 7 in. from the centre of the rail to the top of the ladder, when the ladder is in the climbing position there is 3 in. from the centre of the rail to the top of the ladder
• In the climbing position, the ladder's rolling wheels are approximately 28 in. from the wall
