Didn’t work unfortunately, would like a refund or maybe this one is defected.

Doesn't come with the backset to install in a metal door, there is nothing on the outside of the box to specify that there needs to be a recessed pocket in the door for the backset to fit. Will have to return and shop for a different lock.

Was super excited about this and it works sometimes. Sometimes it locks and sometimes it doesn’t. Unlocks with just the Yale button. Super unsafe. I’m going to re set it and try again. Wanted it to be better.

Only one simple fix that would make this perfect is if you could make the dial a different color so from far you can tell if it is locked or not especially because this version doesn’t have an app. I color mine with white out like this picture so I can tell easily from far away.

The lock is just ok. Having done alot of research having code locks for 16 years in my homes, this one was just ok. First, remember it only comes with one key. Installation was annoying. The lock hardware wouldn't fit my standard depth door. Even though based on the installation guide was within the thickness range. Pretty big haste, and waste of time. Spend a bit more and get a Lockly or Schlage.
