We bought this as a replacement for the same rug we previously bought - dog chewed a spot of the rug when trying to get to a piece of lost kibble. The new version is not nearly as well made as the original. Along the black yarn interfaces with grey and white are several random black yarns within the other color areas. It looks sloppy. Also, one corner is rounded instead of finished square. Considering the quality of the new rug, we are likely to pay for the local rug company to repair the dog damage on the old rug. Will likely cost more than the new rug, but will look better, unfortunately.
