I’m so mad. After delivery delays and damaged goods, I finally receive a rug that clearly states on the label “100 Polyester.” I wanted a wool rug, and it’s listed as such. I’m so upset about this.

This rug is not wool at all. I was furious when it was advertised as a wool rug and received it as a synthetic fiber rug. I normally love ordering through Wayfair. This was flat out dishonest.

LIARS! I purchased only because the description stated it was 100% wool ... I did not intend to buy a synthetic rug!!!! Rug arrived today and the label on the back clearly states "100% polyester" machine made! SHAME ON WAYFAIR FOR MISREPRESENTING THIS PRODUCT!!!!

les tapis sont très bien mais comme j'ai acheté plusieurs items chez Wayfair, la livraison est compliqué puisqu'elle arrive une pièce à la fois, ce qui demande beaucoup d'attentes et de livraison. Le livreur a laissé le colis dans l'entré de l'immeuble refusant de le monter à mon logement ce qui augmente le risque de vol de la part des autres locataires de l'immeuble! Dommage
