Wayfair, you just lost a customer. I ordered the 8x10 version of this rug for 1,117. The pattern is airbrushed on, instead of being woven in as the product description would lead you to believe. We might as well have gone to Ruggable. At least they are upfront about their products, have a better selection, and a better price. This rug looks cheap and cheesy which is WILD at this price point. On top of this the cost to return is 80. So in effect, I paid 80 just to lay eyes on a product I dont want. Customer service would not waive the return fee due to Wayfairs deplorable policy.
