The stair treads are very well made, excellent quality!also the customer service representative was also when we had a problem with or order the customer service representative was outstanding! Took care of us completely, very understanding,made sure we were taken care of.much appreciated.very hard to find this level of service these days.again,very pleased,plan on making many more purcases in the future.
