Perfect size. Love the colors.

I absolutely LOVE this rug, but unfortunately it smells terrible. We gave it weeks to off-gas, but the smell only got worse. On top of that, there were ripples that never relaxed. We're not sure why this all happened because we have other Safavieh rugs that all "settled" in both odor and rippling. It's too bad, because otherwise the rug is great! Wayfair made it right, but it's never fun returning things that you bought for a reason! Fast forward to December. My husband bought it again for my birthday present (he thought maybe a second rug wouldn't smell as bad). The rug still ripples and still stinks. I emailed Wayfair THREE TIMES to see how they could make it right and never heard back from them. I think Wayfair is going downhill...too bad.

Colors are not near what they said browntan not gold

Not happy with them at all! When I received the first runner I called customer service because I was sure that I had been shipped the wrong rug. The pattern & color of the rug did not look like the pattern & color of picture on the website. I questioned whether I received the correct rug. Was not happy to be told I would have to pay for the return shipping. Tried to get the customer service rep to confirm I indeed received the correct rug based on the info on the label on the rug, but she just kept saying,”Our information shows you were sent the rug you ordered”. Although I was disappointed in the rug I figured I would wait to see if the second runner I ordered (same pattern -longer length) was any better & if so keep that or keep both if they were close in appearance. Even more disappointed w/the second rug. You can see the color difference and even pattern quality difference. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the second rug had a defect. You can see in the picture a significant crease were there is stitching missing and the rug caves in. I do not feel I should have to pay return shipping on poor quality and defective items...this will probably be the last thing I order on Wayfair.

Quality of rug is excellent, very pleased with the quality. Major problem is the color. It is dark moss green and a dark murky beige. I wanted to brighten up my room. This has the opposite effect. The advertised photo shows a bright gold (like my bed spread). This is dark green and dull gold. I took photos and it shows colors a lot brighter than they are. I should have gone somewhere to see the colors first hand before spending over $400. spread), this is dull looking. I took photos of it and it does brighten up a lot. Don’t be fooled by photos. It is dark! I put the sham (gold) in the photo to show the difference. Delivered very quickly.
