Frann Handmade Tufted Wool Area Rug in Black

I was expecting a heavier weight and a little rich in color rug.

The product came faded and appears used. It is full of lint, hair and dust. It’s supposed to be black but is a very fade gray tone as if it’s been washed or left in the sun

I would giveZERO STARS I am appalled. This rug arrived covered in feces. I am a small, single woman, and I had to pull this disgusting item out of the box myself. I immediately contacted Wayfair requesting a refund, explaining that having feces in my apartment poses serious health risks, including the spread of bacteria and viruses through contact and even through inhalation of particles. Wayfair refused to take responsibility, dismissing my concerns as an “inconvenience.” They showed no regard for the health hazards or the fact that this item is completely unsanitary. I am now pursuing this matter with the Department of Health, and I strongly urge everyone to avoid purchasing from Wayfair. This experience has been horrifying, and their complete lack of accountability is unacceptable.

Edit it just keeps piling, Im not sure how theres any rug left. Vacuuming is a pain because of it. The stitching on the edge came off, so the rug will come undone at some point, and its about 6m old as of now. Its not in a heavy traffic area, so not sure why or how that happened Piling a little, little bald on edges. Good for the price

Nice rug, does collect a-lot of fuzz.
