Gretchen Checked Wool Area Rug

Beautiful rug. It really elevates the space. Taking off one star because it arrived kind of damp with a strong smell. We've had it a few weeks now, and after airing out, vacuuming several times, etc. the smell is fading. It does shed a lot when vacuuming, but that's to be expected since it's a wool pile rug.

Looks just as it does online. Very happy with the color and thickness. It matches perfectly with my office decor.

At first I thought this was a nice and affordable rug. It had a lot of shedding initially but I figured that would clear up after a few vacuums. I was so wrong. This rug has not stopped shedding. Fragments of this rug all over our entire house- it gets on all dark clothing, our socks and slippers, and has clogged our vacuum cleaner multiple times. There are literally dust bunnies of this rugs fibers in the corners of our living room. Every time we vacuum the entire thing fills up with the rug. This is a completely unacceptable issue with this rug- I would not recommend purchasing it.

This rug is so beautiful-the highlight of my house. The detail stitching makes it. Sure, it sheds, but it worth it.

This rug is gorgeous. Lux and chic. Super heavyweight . Very modern and minimalist but a vibe.
