Ilfracombe Cowhide Abstract Indoor Rug

An awesome mosaic of hide hair....unique...a little coarse though

I purchased this rug for my front entrance and it looks great. It looks like stones which go well with my gray tile at the entrance. Not sure if I should have ordered the darker one? I now worry about anyone coming in with dirty shoes. Love the rug, colors, quality etc. would recommend to others.

I admired and coveted this "pebble" cowhide rug for months before finally purchasing. I could not decide between the brown (golden tones) one and the grey as both would work great in my living room. I finally decided on the grey. I was so happy and pleased when i got it as it is as nice or nicer in coloration and gauge than the website photos displayed. This was a a great relief as i had recently purchased a cowhide (from another website) in a natural cowhide shape to go in my living room adjacent dining room. When it arrived i knew there was a mistake before i even opened the box because it was so lightweight. The cowhide sent to me was a foot shy of the advertised width measurements and a foot and a half shy of the length measurements! And it was so flimsy and thin i'm pretty sure this cow died of pneumonia! Sooooooooo...long story short...when you buy online you place your bets, you take your chances but i am very pleased with my first ALLMODERN purchase. Ps care was taken with the packaging too.
