Overall feedback This polypropylene rug met our expectations, it is soft on your feet not plush but comfortable. Looks great with our couch, and we have a second one in our bedroom. We’re pleased. - Packaging and shipping The packaging was excellent. It came in a protective plastic bag(tube) and a thicker shipping outer plastic(tube) both, mostly transparent. When we rolled out the area rug, the edges didn’t lay flat immediately over the last two days it has flatten. - Opportunity for improvement We wish the back of the rug had a better structure as the area rug can be easily shifted. A more adhesive make would have been great and deserving of the 5 star. We’ll have to get non-slip rug pads. - Care We have a Roombs vacuum and it climbs from the floor to the rug pretty easily. It hasn’t caused any damage to the area rug, and cleans it pretty nicely.
