Lomax Indoor Rug

Rug came folded in a box. It was not rolled with plastic around it as all other rugs I’ve received. When taken out of box, there are fold seam lines that will not come out. Rug looks used.

My 9 x12 rug was received in a box, not on a roll. I now have unsightly creases all over the rug. I have tried to remove them and nothing changes. It looks horrible… Will NEVER order from Wayfair again. No regard for the consumer and their satisfaction. if this is a reflection of your concern for a purchased product and customer satisfaction Was forced to choose a star prior to submitting. Otherwise, they would have received a zero

This rug has perfect quality it covers most of my living room floor. I just love it!

Received this lively runner with just the right length width and tuff - was able if required to wash it too!
