Remy Crosshatch Wool Area Rug

Seriously obsessed with this rug. I don’t even want to put anything on it because the pattern and texture and color is so stunning. Very luxe and expensive looking. Photos really do not do the color justice. It’s so good.

This is a really thick and substantial rug. I was pleased to see that it DOES NOT have uneven weaving in the pattern from one half to the other (as pictured). I don’t think it goes as well with my “cool” brown couch as I’d hoped but it still compliments nicely.

A little rough on the skinunderfoot. A lot of small imperfections, pulls and exposed gluemissing tuffs. It required trimming and A LOT of vacuuming. I’m not sure the shedding will ever stop. Right now it definitely doesn’t pass the black socks test or sit test without me being covered in fibres. Pretty rug but I don’t recommend it.

This rug is beautiful for the price. It is wool so be prepared for shedding upon initial purchase. A pet broom would be great to loosen the fibers. It’s very soft and not itchy at all. It’s a perfect beigetaupe with a slight pink undertone.

Sheds like crazy! Update - its been a few months and Im throwing this rug out. I can't deal with the shedding and I've tried everything. Please do not buy this rug!
