Love this rug! Is is thick, so if you are planning on butting it next to a door that opens towards the rug make sure the door height is a couple inches or so. Very soft. It goes great in our newly renovated basement.

I love the rug. Its soft and it looks great. The problem is a long, plush shag carpet cannot be vacuumed with the average person's vacuum. I have two dogs and I bought a shag carpet rake to groom it and pull up the hair to the surface so I can use a hand tool to suck it off the tops. It takes a while on a big carpet. They recommend that you flip it over and vacuum the back twice a year. That'll be fun. It looks great but there's a lot of time and work needed. I've spent hours of trying to find a vacuum tool that will work...please offer any reasonable suggestions you can.
