9x12 area rug is perfect for the room. The color is light cream. The back side is rough, to avoid scratching the wood floor underneath I place a rug pad for protection.

Love this road, so easy to vacuum and keep clean

We bought this 8 x 10 rug usually they send them in a roll they sent it folded up in a box and now it has crease marks and it’s plastic underneath and they’re not coming out and I’ve sent their customer service a message and haven’t heard back but my past experience with Wayfair is they never give me my full amount of money back they always try and have me pay for shipping even when it’s their fault. So I’m curious to see if they will get back to me and if I have to fight to return this, but if they would’ve just sent it rolled up like a normal rug we wouldn’t have had any problems.

Exactly what I was looking for just wished I had gotten a bigger size

I just received the rug yesterday so can’t speak to durability. The rug looks as pictured in the description on the web page. It is soft and comfortable to walk on. Just what I was looking for.
