Exactly as described. In fact some customers said it came folded and were disappointed. I have ordered many rugs from Wayfair and they always came rolled. This one did too! I was very relieved as that is the proper way to ship a rug. If it had been folded and creased I would have returned it. But still a satisfied customer!

This 9x12 rug was sent folded up. THis is the second vendor I have used to make this purchase. Both have sent the item folded. I am a senior citizen with health issues that prohibit me from handling this item. We had to hire someone to install the last one and get it returned. Now this one has been shipped the same way. When I called CS, they got the manufacturer on the line and I was told this is for keeping shipping costs down. I asked so you save on shipping but compromise the safety of others by having the rug not lying down causing a tripping hazard. I put heavy furniture on the rug for 2 weeks and the crease never came out. He virtually said its policy and I could return, period. Talk about rude and lack of customer appreciation or service. Going back.
