Great rug. Not plush. It looks more like the picture in Wayfair than my pic. This is an 8x10 and wish the pattern went with the length of the bed. Make sure to think it thru…I didn’t.

My third rug like this. Bright and cherry. You will like it very much.

Backing not as skid proof as I would have liked.

I was very happy with Wayfair. They notified me when my items were out for delivery, and then when they were delivered. Great Job Wayfair!!!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I ordered an 8x10 rug about Oct 19. A rug arrived on Oct 21. It was the wrong color, so I sent it back the same day. I never received my credit, so I started texting back and forth with the SMS customer service with no results. This went on for 10 days. I finally called to speak to a customer service person. Alecia D. was the the first rep. explained it was a problem with the finance department and would send a ticket to them and follow up with me. I should have my credit in 3 to 5 days. After a week I called back and spoke to Cheyenne, I was told she would follow up and I would for sure get my credit in 3 to 5 days, she knew what the problem was and put a note on the file. Today is November 28. I spoke to another customer service representative. I do not remember her name. I was told she would turn in another ticket, but she couldnt call the finance dept. or tell me the number and that is all she could do. Very poor customer service.
