Aleaya Wool Blend Reversible Arae Rug - Black/Grey/Beige/Burgundy

Love it, exactly what I wanted for my living room!!

Very Happy, exactly what I wanted! Bought one for the kitchen and laundry room (the first one I bought for the laundry room was too small, so I use that one for under the dog door when they come in the house).

They sent me the wrong rug which is incredibly ugly, cheap, and thin (photo attached) it's not even made by this company. I contacted Wayfair to correct the order and it was a horrible ordeal, though each separate customer service rep was nice, they kept blaming each other as they were "attempting to find out how the mistake happened" and then told me they were also charging me $216 for the rug that I didnt order or want. I received that demand via email even though I had already received an email telling me it was resolved as I was on my way to my brothers funeral because he unexpectedly died during this whole fiasco. I demanded we figure it all out at that point so I could focus on my life rather than their mistake. I'm hoping it's finally over. I'm still waiting on the shipment of the original rug I ordered. I'm personally over Wayfair after this ordeal. Update: they sent me the wrong rug again! The attached photo is what they sent claiming in fact this is the rug. If you're looking to buy primarily brown/cream that is not what you will receive.

Easy delivery as always. Beautiful rug, was flat as soon as I rolled it out! Colors are beautiful ! Feels nice underfoot! I’m very happy with this purchase!
