This was my first purchase through wayfair, and while I must say, I was a bit sckeptic about being able to pic a rug out by only the pics, I did it anyway. Everything about the process was easy. Adding and editing my cart, which I didn't bazillion times! Checking out was simple and tracking and update were awesome. It even arrived one day ahead of schedule!! the rug was beautiful and as described!! Very rich color and very soft and fun for my little girl!! I couldn't be happier.
