Love it! It’s such a good color and actually is thick and lush

I wanted a rug the color of 80s mom pants, and somehow this rug achieves that! It changes color in the light, with a hint of teal coming out in the sunshine and a silvery-blue look at night with our warm white lights. I will note that this rug arrived in rough shape, though. There was a small crack from one of the folds (seriously, who folds a carpet to ship it!) that we had to repair with double-sided carpet tape and some thin fabric backing. Also, there were a LOT of loose fibers, untrimmed bits alonf the edges, and uncut loops (this is a cut pile rug and those uncut loops did not appear intentional). I spent a good 2 hours hand trimming with scissors and vacuuming furiously. I had to empty the vacuum 3 times, which I've read is typical of wool rugs in the first year. However, I was wearing black yoga pants the entire time and they barely had any fibers on them after rolling around on this thing for hours. The creases mostly disappeared after a few hours. There are a couple stubborn ones that I may need to steam out later, but we will see. The rug itself is thick, with a pile height of at least 1 inch. It has a velvety appearance, although it does not feel like velvet. And this morning, my daughter spilled some orange juice on it and the droplets just stayed right on top for me to wipe up. Win!

Have this rug in two size. It's really plush and a nice soft color that doesn't compete with the rest of the room just compliments it!
