The rug is defective! What rug literally falls apart on vacuuming?! It was beautiful upon arrival and I was originally very happy with the purchase. Then the red parts of the rug started shedding, all over the white parts but also on people’s feet and on my dogs when laying on it. I thought “no big deal, I’ll just run the vacuum over it”. The rug literally fell apart! The red portions completely un-threaded! The rug now looks even worse and I can never vacuum it. I have now had it outside for ~2mo and it looks horrible and is coming apart. I will need to replace it...

Do not buy this rug. It faded during the first summer and worst the 2nd to a horrible color. Side has frayed and the red comes off as a powder on your feet and our pets. Trashed in less than 2 seasons.

Updated July 2020 - don't waste your money on this product! This rug lasted less than one summer season outside before ALL of the edges started to come undone. I am in constant damage control mode. Truly an cheaply made product. Also, as mentioned in my prior review it is RED not burgundy...
