Unlike most of our experiences with Wayfair, this was actually a positive one. The rug came quickly, looked and felt even better than expected for the price, and the usual new rug smell dissipated fairly quickly after opening it and letting it sit outside the bedroom for a couple of days before installing it.

I bought the 4 x 6 for spare bedroom. Very pretty rug. Good neutral colors. Looks just like the pictures. Soft, thick and fluffy, yet no fluff coming off and flying around the room. I vacuumed it with my stick vacuum and that went well. Still no extra fluff! Does not show footprints after you walk on it. I think you need a rug pad to protect your floor and keep it in place, as the back is a little scratchy feeling. I recommend this rug.
