It's definitely not the 0.5 inch pile as described. It feels cheap and thin. I had to pay return shipping even thought it didn't match the description. Wayfair claims that this is in fact 0.5 inch pile.

The day I ordered my rug I was charged twice. Today is day eight I have not received my money back yet. Every time I call I get a different answer of when I shall receive it. This will be my last purchase from Wayfair. I am so angry and disappointed with this company. People beware and always check your account after a purchase.

Nice rug for the price. Need to return it. Wrong color of green. The rug is more of a teal color.

It came on time and I really love the design. My only problem is the thickness. I would have liked for it to be a bit more plush but the design really makes up for it. Any stains my one year old makes have been very easy to clean from peanut butter and jelly to juice etc.
