They sent the wrong color. Their 24/7 customer service didn't work. I had to buy the wrong order to get a delivery date for the hopefully correct color rugs to come before we move my child to college. Don't know about the rug until the correct color comes.

This rug has been easy to clean. It’s very soft and fluffy. I got it for my younger sisters room. She’s loving it so far. It’s on the fluffy side so your vacuum must be able to handle the longer fibers.

This rug is absolutely beautiful. It’s so fluffy and soft. The color is a little lighted than pictured but still beautiful. I love it so much I purchased a extra one to have after the holidays. Excellent quality.

Such a gorgeous and soft rug. Looks amazing in my dining room. Does have a funny smell when u first get it and needs to air out. But over all Im extremely happy with the rug and the coloring of the rug.
